PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap sterilization device which can reliably sterilize a cap even when a transport speed of the cap is increased.SOLUTION: A cap sterilization device 50 includes: spray nozzles 81A, 81B which spray a sterilant to a cap 33 and air rinse nozzles 94A, 94B which rinse the cap 33, to which the sterilant is sprayed by the spray nozzles 81A, 81B, with air.
