PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap sterilization device which can reliably sterilize a cap even when a transport speed of the cap is increased.SOLUTION: A cap sterilization device 50 includes: a sterilant spray chamber 53 in which a sterilant is sprayed to a cap 33 and an air rinse chamber 54 in which the cap 33, to which the sterilant is sprayed in the sterilant spray chamber 53, is rinsed with air and a cleaning chamber 55 in which the cap 33 rinsed with air in the air rinse chamber 54 is cleaned. The sterilant spray chamber 53, the air rinse chamber 54, and the cleaning chamber 55 are disposed in this order along a transport direction of the cap 33.
