PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized and easily-handleable iron introducer.SOLUTION: A roller body (1) includes a magnesium alloy outer barrel (3), a copper inner barrel (4) concentrically disposed within the outer barrel (3) at a prescribed interval, and a pair of lids (5) and (6) for sealing both end openings of the outer barrel (3) storing the inner barrel (4). The roller body (1) is pivotally supported to a handle (2) in relatively rotatably.
