PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water draining wiper, when draining water, simultaneously with removal of attached droplets, applying at least one of an antibacterial action and antifungal action to a target surface of the water draining and further improving work efficiency.SOLUTION: A water draining wiper 10 includes a base body 11 and a water draining member 12. The water draining member 12 is provided along the longitudinal direction of the base body 11. The water draining member 12 includes a body 21 having elasticity, and a functional agent 22 included in the body 21 and having at least any one of the antibacterial action and antifungal action.
