The present invention provides a foam-type temperature-sensitive hydrogel for anti-adhesion application and its manufacturing method. The temperature-sensitive hydrogel is made of synthetic polymer, and its temperature sensitivity has a phase-change feature for changing the hydrogel from liquid state to solid phase at high temperature and changing the hydrogel from solid state back to liquid state at low temperature. The temperature-sensitive hydrogel is combined with air to generate a foam-type temperature-sensitive hydrogel with a certain surface tension. The foam-type temperature-sensitive hydrogel has features of enlarged volume and being difficult to flow. After being injected into the living body, the foam-type temperature-sensitive hydrogel directly changes from liquid state to solid state at a critical solution temperature. The solid-state foam-type temperature-sensitive hydrogel is able to achieve the effects of physically isolating wound site and separating adhesion after surgery.本發明係一種泡沫式溫敏感水膠作為抗沾黏之應用及其製法,係溫敏感水膠成分為合成高分子,其溫感性具有高溫時液態變固態及低溫時固態變回液態之相變特性,溫敏感水膠透過與空氣結合產生具有一定表面張力之泡沫式溫敏感水膠,該泡沫式溫敏感水膠具有體積增大且不易流動之特性;將泡沫式溫敏感水膠注射到生物體內後,遇低臨界溶解溫度從液態直接變成固態,該固態之泡沫式溫敏感水膠能達到物理性隔絕創傷部位及具有阻隔手術後沾黏之效用。
