The present invention concerns a solid nanocomposite material consisting of a polymer- matrix in which are dispersed alkali metal, hydronium or ammonium salts of polyanionic components, wherein the polymer-matrix comprises at least a linear or branched polymer or copolymer containing one or several poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) chains, said polymer or copolymer being optionally crosslinked and each PEO chain having at least 4 ethylene oxide monomer units. The present invention relates also to a photonic, e.g. optoelectronic, device comprising such a nanocomposite material. Such material and device can be used as phosphorescence emitter, for crop growth lighting or for generating singlet oxygen.La présente invention concerne un matériau nanocomposite solide constitué d'une matrice polymère dans laquelle sont dispersés des sels de métal alcalin, d'hydronium ou d'ammonium de constituants polyanioniques, la matrice polymère comprenant au moins un polymère ou un copolymère linéaire ou ramifié contenant une ou plusieurs chaînes de poly(oxyde d'éthylène) (POE), ledit polymère ou copolymère étant éventuellement réticulé et chaque chaîne de POE possédant au moins 4 motifs monomères d'oxyde d'éthylène. La présente invention concerne également un dispositif photonique, par exemple optoélectronique, comprenant un tel matériau nanocomposite. Un tel matériau et un tel dispositif peuvent être utilisés comme émetteur de phosphorescence, pour l'éclairage de croissance de cultures ou pour générer de l'oxygène singulet.
