PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lemon flavor beverage in which deterioration of a citrus flavor is suppressed.SOLUTION: In a lemon flavor beverage containing citral, limonene, &gamma；-terpinene and &alpha；-terpinolene, a beverage is used, in which a relation between a total content (ppm) (Y) of limonene, &gamma；-terpinene and &alpha；-terpinolene in the beverage and the elapsed number of days (days) (X) after production of the lemon flavor beverage satisfies following relations: X&ge；0, Y&ge；0, and -0.0047X+0.89&le；Y&le；-0.021X+10.35.【課題】柑橘系香味の劣化が抑制されたレモン風味飲料の提供。【解決手段】シトラール、リモネン、γ－テルピネン、およびα－テルピノレンを含む、レモン風味飲料であって、該飲料中のリモネンと、γ－テルピネンと、α－テルピノレンとの合計含有量（ｐｐｍ）（Ｙ）と、レモン風味飲料の製造後の経過日数（日）（Ｘ）との関係が、Ｘ≧０およびＹ≧０であり、かつ－０．００４７Ｘ＋０．８９≦Ｙ≦－０．０２１Ｘ＋１０．３５である飲料を用いる。【選択図】なし
