PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a risk of aspiration in a contrast examination of deglutition using an X-ray fluoroscopic image.SOLUTION: An aspiration determination device 109 is added to an X-ray fluoroscopic device, and a branch area where the trachea and the esophagus in an X-ray fluoroscopic image are branched is designated by its aspiration determination part 220. A risk of aspiration is determined by calculating how examination food is separated to the trachea and the esophagus in the branch area.
