PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine pad which can be easily put on, quickly and easily exchanged, and suitably used even for a person who can not open legs wide such as a person with paralysis or arthrogryposis or a person who can not lie on his/her back and can take only a posture in a lateral position, and to provide a urine pad which can be quickly and easily exchanged further.
SOLUTION: The urine pad 1A includes: an absorbent body 22 a top sheet 18 at least partially composed of a liquid permeable material and disposed so as to cover the surface of the absorbent body 22 a back sheet 20 composed of a liquid impermeable material and disposed so as to cover the back surface of the absorbent body 22 and a fixing material 54A which can be fixed to another urine pad and can connect the urine pads with each other. The fixing material 54A is disposed in either left or right area 56 for which the urine pad is sectioned by a width direction center line Lc.
