PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water tank for breeding plankton including jellyfish.SOLUTION: In a water tank for breeding plankton, a box-like water tank body 1 is partitioned into a water tank part 3 on the front side and a filtration part 4 on the rear side by a partition plate 2, and a water tank 5 having a generally circular cross section is provided in the water tank part 3. The water tank 5 is formed by inserting an attachable/detachable belt-like panel member 6 made of synthetic resin into the water tank part 3 and elastically deforming the panel member into an arc-like curved surface. The panel member 6 is elastically deformed into the arc-like curved surface along arc-like guide rails 7 provided inside the water tank body 1, an insertion front end part 6a is locked into a first locking part 8a provided inside the upper part of one side surface of the water tank body 1, and an insertion rear end part 6b is locked into a second locking part 8b provided near the upper part of the other side surface so that the cross section of the water tank 5 is formed into a generally circular shape.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】クラゲ等の浮遊生物の飼育用水槽を提供する。【解決手段】箱状の水槽本体1を仕切板2で仕切って前面側の水槽部3と背面側の濾過部4を形成し、前記水槽部3内に断面が略円形の水槽5を設けた浮遊生物の飼育用水槽であって、前記水槽5を、合成樹脂からなる帯状で着脱式のパネル部材6を水槽部3内に差し込み円弧状曲面に弾性変形させて形成した。前記パネル部材6は、水槽本体1の内側に設けた円弧状のガイドレール7に沿って円弧状曲面に弾性変形されており、差込み先端部6aが水槽本体1の側面上部の内側に設けた第1の係止部8あに係止され、一方、差込み後端部6bが他方の側面上部の近傍に設けた第2の係止部8bに係止されて断面が略円形の水槽5を形成している。【選択図】図1
