The at least one fiber layer has a plurality of through-holes (101). A total area of the plurality of the through-holes (101) accounts for 10-80% of a total area of the perforated non-woven fabric (10). An opening of the plurality of the through-holes (101) is level with a surface of the perforated non-woven fabric (10). The density of the plurality of the through-holes (101) in the perforated non-woven fabric (10) is 3-100 through-holes/cm2. A fiber density at the edge of each through-hole (101) is similar to or the same as a fiber density at other areas of the perforated non-woven fabric (10). Fibers surround the through-hole (101) and adhere to each other by only a surface layer thereof. The non-woven fabric (10) neither forms, at the edge area of the through-holes (101), a stiff end by being cut, nor melts and forms a fiber-dense area or membranous area.
