PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation for antiaging having fibroblast activation effects and inhibiting age-related skin aging effectively.SOLUTION: Whey protein is incorporated in a base agent of the skin care preparation. Besides, whey protein and one or two or more selected from the group consisting of Moringa pterygosperma, an extract thereof and acetyltetrapeptide are incorporated therein.
