The present invention is to provide an apparatus for precisely cleaning the periodontal pocket using forms copied from user′s teeth. The apparatus comprises: a form having a structure to be inserted into the mouth and manufactured by customizing the shape of teeth and gums of a user； and a brush unit provided on the inside of the form. The brush unit comprises fine brushes placed on the boundary between the teeth and gums and cleaning the periodontal pocket.
