PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic miniature probe allowing the projecting direction of a treatment instrument to be easily recognized.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic miniature probe 10 includes a distal end 11 insertable through a channel 3 of an endoscope 2 a forceps opening 12 opened at the distal end 11 an ultrasonic observing part 13 capable of ultrasonically observing the treatment instrument 14 projecting from the forceps opening 12 and a visualizing part 15 arranged at the outer periphery of the distal end 11 and optically observable from the endoscope 2.
