PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for safely and sustainably using terpene aldehyde, which is an antimicrobial active ingredient, inside footwear and the like. SOLUTION: A carrier which is a mixture containing a leather fiber, a cotton fiber, or a fiber which is a combination thereof, and a rubber having a double bond in a main chain, and an acyclic terpene aldehyde antibacterial added to the carrier. An antimicrobial composition comprising a microbial component is provided. Inlays and inlay kits containing the antimicrobial composition are also provided.
