PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid oral composition having low irritancy while having an anionic surfactant.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid oral composition comprising an anionic surfactant and a polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil. An example of the anionic surfactant includes at least one selected from a metal alkylsulfate, a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate, an N-acylamino acid salt and an ester of phosphoric acid or sulfosuccinic acid and a polyethylene glycol ether of an aliphatic alcohol or a salt thereof. Further, there is provided an oral composition comprising at least one kind of polysaccharides selected from hyaluronic acid, alginic acid and carrageenan.
