The purpose of the present invention is to provide a bacteria eliminating function-equipped humidifying air-purifying device that can, in an entire room, effectively perform humidification and bacteria elimination, and purify the air. Provided is a bacteria eliminating function-equipped humidifying air-purifying device comprising: a case main body 1 which includes an air suction port 2 and an air blow-out port 3 and in the case main body 1, an air purifying means 4 which is provided with a filter, a humidifying means 5, and an air blowing means 6 that blows air sucked in from the air suction port 2 to the air blow-out port 3 via the air purification means 4. The humidifying means 5 is provided with a humidifier main body 50 provided with a mist generation device 51 that generates a mist (M) from a liquid (L), and a liquid supply device 60 which supplies to the humidifier main body 50 a liquid containing hypochlorous acid water. The bacteria eliminating function-equipped humidifying air-purifying device is characterized by the humidifier main body 50 being provided with the following: a needle electrode 70 that is disposed at a location to which the mist generated by the mist generation device 51 is guided, that is provided so that the tip thereof extends upward, and to which high voltage is applied a cylindrical electrode 80 that is provided above the needle electrode 70 and in a cylindrical shape, that is disposed in a state where the cylindrical electrode is caused to stand upright in a vertical direction concentric with at least the tip part of the needle electrode 70 so as to be equidistant with respect to the entire circumference of the lower bottom edge inner-circumference of a circle that is the location closest from the tip of the needle electrode 70, that is grounded, that generates a rising flow ion wind due to the occurrence of corona discharge between the needle electrode 70 and the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical shape of the cylindrica
