PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dialysis fluid take-out device capable of sterilizing a collection port without the need of sterilization work by an operation.SOLUTION: The dialysis fluid take-out device comprises: dialysis fluid take-out means 1 having an introduction port 1a and a lead-out port 1b that are connected to a flow passage of a fluid to allow the fluid to circulate and having a collection port 1c that enables collection of the circulated fluid； and opening/closing means 6 movable between a close position in which the collection port 1c of the dialysis fluid take-out means 1 is covered and an open position in which the collection port 1c is opened.
