PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam sterilizer allowing a beginner or inexperienced worker to easily adjust an opening of a steam outlet port so as to control the temperature required for sterilization.
SOLUTION: The steam sterilizer includes a fluid product inlet port 11 into which a fluid product is fed, a fluid product outlet port 12 from which the fluid product is discharged, a steam inlet port 13 into which steam for sterilizing the fluid product is fed, a steam outlet port 14 from which steam fed from the steam inlet port 13 is discharged, a fluid product outlet port opening/closing part 15 capable of opening/closing the fluid product outlet port 12 so as to adjust the opening, a steam outlet port opening/closing part 16 capable of opening/closing the steam outlet port 14 so as to adjust the opening, a fluid product sterilization part 17 to mix the steam and the fluid product and to sterilize the fluid product, opening setting means 18 capable of setting the opening of the steam outlet port 14, and driving means 19 capable of changing the opening of the steam outlet port 14 according to a value set by the opening setting means 18.
