PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that threshing processing accuracy is deteriorated due to the low rigidity of an intermediate portion of a threshing cylinder, large vibration during rotation, and the displacement of the rotation.SOLUTION: In a thresher, a front first support member 35, an intermediate second support member 28 and a third support member 36 for supporting a threshing cylinder 21 are arranged at a front, a middle and a rear of a threshing cylinder shaft 27 arranged in a threshing chamber 22, a tapered part 23 having a taper shape whose outside diameter becomes large as progressing toward a rear end side and a cylinder part 24 having a cylinder shape which continues to the tapered part 23 are arranged at the threshing cylinder 21, a plurality of fore-and-aft plates 40 having a plurality of threshing teeth 20 are arranged at an external peripheral face of the cylinder part 24 at intervals in the circumferential direction of the cylinder part 24, and reinforcing members 37 for reinforcing the cylinder part 24 without having a direct connection relationship with the threshing cylinder shaft 37 are arranged at a front and a rear of the second support member 28 at the internal peripheral face of the cylinder part 24.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】扱胴の中間部分の剛性が低いため、回転中の振動が大きく、回転がぶれることにより脱穀処理精度が低下するという課題がある。【解決手段】扱室22内に備えた扱胴軸27の前部と中間部と後部に、扱胴21を支持する前部の第一支持部材35と中間部の第二支持部材28と第三支持部材36を設け、前記扱胴21には後端側ほど外径が大きくなるテーパー状のテーパー部23と該テーパー部23の後端部に続く円筒状の円筒部24を備え、該円筒部24の外周面に複数の扱歯20を有した前後方向の複数のプレート40を前記円筒部24の周方向に間隔をおいて配置し、前記円筒部24の内周面における第二支持部材28の前後の部位に、前記扱胴軸27との直接的な連結関係を有することなく円筒部24を補強する補強部材37を設けた脱穀装置。【選択図】図5
