PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of acquiring an imaged picture by automatically selecting an imaging device used for imaging in a radiation imaging system using an imaging device that can detect radiation of radioactive ray by itself.SOLUTION: The radiation imaging system includes a plurality of imaging devices for generating images on the basis of radioactive rays radiated by a radioactive ray generation device for radiating radioactive rays, and a control device for communicating with the plurality of imaging devices. Each of the plurality of imaging devices is capable of detecting start of radiation of a radioactive ray by itself to an imaging device concerned. The imaging device that has detected the radioactive ray transmits prescribed notification information to the control device.
