PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an artificial bed log for golden oyster mushroom, enabling all-season development of a large amount of golden oyster mushroom in good quality.SOLUTION: The method for producing an artificial bed log for golden oyster mushroom includes: packaging culture medium Pa in a culture bag 1 made of plastic film forming the packaged culture medium Pa into a block state from the outside of the culture bag 1 to be shaped into a cylindrical column performing two-stage thermal management so as to make the indoor temperature in a culturing process become 19-22°C at a first stage, 22-24°C at a later stage to entirely spread hypha until the surface of the culture medium turns into a white or marbled state so as to form a thickly coated layer breaking the culture bag 1 after finishing the culturing and removing the culture bag to denude the culture medium.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】安価で、季節を問わず良品質で多量のたもぎ茸を発育させ得るたもぎ茸の人工榾木の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】培地Paをプラスチックフィルムからなる培養袋1に詰め、詰めた培地Paを培養袋1の上からブロック状として円柱状に成形し、培養工程の室内温度を、前期19°C~22°Cに、後期22°C~24°Cになるように2段階の温度管理を行うことにより、培地表面が白色ないし霜降り状になるまで全体に菌糸を蔓延させ密なる被覆層を形成し、培養終了後培養袋1を破り除去して裸化する人工榾木の製造方法。【選択図】図1
