PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning reel for fishing in which a fishing line guide member has a high strength, while using a veil comprising a synthetic resin.SOLUTION: A spinning reel for fishing comprises a pair of veil supporting members 6 and 6 provided at the front part of a support arm of a rotor, and a fishing line guide member 10 with both ends supported by the pair of veil supporting members 6 and 6. The fishing line guide member 10 includes a half annular veil 11, a line slider 12 continuing to one end of the veil 11, a roller support part 20 extending between the line slider 12 and one of the pair of veil supporting members 6 and 6, and a line roller 30 outwardly engaged to the roller support 20. The veil 11 and the line slider 12 are integrally formed of a synthetic resin.
