PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic apparatus equipped with a detachable FPD that does not need to be linked to a body device, capable of reducing a burden on an operator attributed to the malfunction of the FPD.SOLUTION: A radiographic apparatus executes generation of a radiation image only for an FPD 4a placed at a position where a radioactive ray passing through a subject is incident. Therefore, even if an FPD 4b placed beside the apparatus makes false recognition on the detection of a radioactive ray, generation of a radiation image is not executed for such an FPD 4b.
