PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of ham which contains natural calcium and ham which contains natural calcium are provided to supply minerals, to enhance quality and to extend storage period. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of ham containing natural calcium comprises the following steps: cutting pork after washing (first process); mixing natural calcium, distilled water, sodium chloride, whey protein, fructo-oligosaccharide, natural seasoning, and glutinous rice powder with cut pork (second process); filling mixed meat from a vacuum charger to a retainer (third process); smoking the filler after drying the same in a smoke house (fourth process); heating the dried and smoked product (fifth process); and cooling and vacuum packing after washing the heated products (sixth process). The natural calcium is one mixed one or two among natural calcium I and natural calcium II. The natural calcium I is manufactured by the following steps: washing shells; heating the same at 1000 deg. Celsius for 1-10 hours and pulverizing into 200-500 meshes. The natural calcium II is manufactured by the following steps: Washing shells; heating the same at 200 deg. Celsius for 1-10 hours; and pulverizing into 200-500 meshes. The shell is one or two or more among oyster, cockle, scallop, shell, and abalone.
