PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce assembly errors and to facilitate manufacture in an endoscope.SOLUTION: An endoscope equipped with an insertion part 10 has: a curved part 16 a flexible tube part 17 a cylindrical connection member 23 connecting the curved part 16 and the flexible tube part 17 a wire 13 which curves the curved part 16 and a coil pipe 24 in which the wire 13 is freely retractably inserted, which is inserted and arranged in the flexible tube part 17.
