The present invention discloses an aeration filtration device for a cultivation pond. The aeration filtration device comprises a filtration box having an accommodation space therein for receiving an iron net basket, a motor pump having a motor and blades driven by the motor, and a gas chamber having an injection port. A to-be-filtered liquid is inputted into the filtration box through a first pipeline, and the filtered liquid from the filtration box is outputted through a second pipeline and a third pipeline. The liquid from second pipeline is drawn into the motor pump as the blades are driven by the motor, and the liquid from the motor pump is transmitted through a fourth pipeline and outputted via a nozzle. The injection port of the gas chamber is located at an outlet of the nozzle.
