A trapping box and an insect trapping apparatus are provided. The insect trapping apparatus includes a pneumatic machine for providing airflow, a trapping box for putting a baiting material therein, at least one baiting pipe and at least one air pipe connected to the trapping box in series respectively, and an insect collection container. The baiting material is transmitted through the baiting pipe to the trapping box so as to attract an insect into the trapping box. The airflow created by the pneumatic machine flows from the trapping box through the air pipe to the insect collection container, for taking away the insect from the trapping box.
