A method for obtaining fertile queen bees by means of artificial sperm injection including such operations carried out subsequently: taking the sperm into a capillar, fixing a queen bee in a queen-bee holder and anaesthesia thereof, opening the sting chamber by a ventral hook and a sting one, introducing the capillar into the sting chamber, introducing the sperm, removing the hooks and freeing the queen bee. The capillar is provided with an artificial nozzle of an ellipsoid shape and it is introduced with the sperm taken beforehand into the sting chamber. The nozzle is additionally sealed with mucus. After what the hooks are removed, the queen bee is recovered of anaesthesia, the sperm is introduced into the area of the vagina, the capillary is removed without the nozzle. Further the queen-bee holder with the queen bee are removed from the ventral and sting hooks, the belly of the queen bee is turned in the sagital plane around the axis passing through the sting chamber for 1/8 of turnover in the direction of the ventral hook and kept in such a position to pulling out the capillar from the sting chamber of the queen bee.Способ получения плодовитых пчелиных маток путем искусственного введения спермы, включающий последовательно выполняемые отбор спермы в капилляр, фиксацию матки в маткодержателе и ее анестезию, раскрытие жальной камеры вентральным и жальным крюками, введение капилляра в камеру жала, введение спермы, снятие крюков и высвобождение матки.
