The method and system using a reversible Api-Mel box for fertilizing apis queens or for beekeeping melipona bees, consists in a box made of local wood with measures designed for being used as a core for fertilizing Apis mellifera and beekeeping and developing Melipona bees. These measures allow Melipona spp bee colonies to be developed from reduced brood combs, helping to preserve the inner temperature with a reduced variation. In addition, as the brood nest is developed the space can be increased by adding an additional box and/or support for providing firmness and direction to the brood nest or by locating a support for inducing the production of honey in a single chamber, avoiding damages to the brood nest during the harvest of honey. These same boxes may be used as fertilizing cores for Apis mellifera queens, by only adding five frames and using a reversible floor designed for this purposes. The results obtained in both cases have been successful. The 100% of the Apis mellifera co lonies installed in the reversible boxes has act as cores, so that achieving the fertilization of the virgin queens. This means that there is no rejection of the bees to the space provided by the reversible box. In addition, the reversible box provides an easy manipulation of the colony, speeding up the introduction of the queen cells, the location and marking thereof after the mating process. In the case of the melipone bee larvae, there was no problem of adaptation to the box but it is important to perform a good handle and location thereof according to the species. In M. beecheii a colony has been developed with up to five boxes additional to the first box, i.e., a total of six boxes, which has developed excellent harvests with a strong colony having a rich population of bees for the multiplication thereof.Elmétodo y sistema que usa una caja reversible Api-Mel para la fecundación de reinas apis o para la cría de abejas meliponas, consiste en utilizar un caja fabricada con madera de
