PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis support device for performing shape acquisition without causing a pseudo pattern, such as moire even to an irregular shape and a shape having a large value variation.SOLUTION: In a processing part 101, first extraction means 101b-1 uses first morphology processing to extract site candidates by luminance components on the basis of the luminance components and color information components of a photographed image separated by separation means 101a, second extraction means 101b-2 extracts site-likeness by a color space composed of the luminance components and color information components, generates a site extraction image by second morphology processing and displays the site extraction image in a display device 120.
