PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feel a moisturizing feeling for an O/W emulsified cosmetic composition for its intended purpose. Further, O/W emulsion cosmetics are easily separated by long-term storage, and if a higher alcohol or a water-soluble thickener is added for the purpose of preventing this, the O/W emulsion cosmetics tends to be sticky when used, Furthermore, the properties tend to change over time, making it difficult to achieve both a good feel and good stability over time. An object of the present invention is to provide an O/W emulsified cosmetic which has good feeling in use and stability over time, that is, good spreadability, long lasting moisturizing feeling, and excellent stability in pH and hardness over time.
