PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions and methods for preparation of poorly water-soluble drugs with increased stability.SOLUTION: The invention provides stable pharmaceutical compositions of poorly water-soluble pharmaceutical agents and stabilizing agents which function to increase stability of the compositions. The use of stabilizing agents provides extended stability of nanoparticle suspensions and other formulations of poorly water-soluble pharmaceutical agents such as docetaxel under certain conditions, for example upon dilution for administration. Accordingly, in one aspect, the invention provides compositions (such as pharmaceutical compositions) comprising a poorly water-soluble pharmaceutical agent (such as docetaxel) and a stabilizing agent, wherein stability of the composition is enhanced as compared to that of a composition without the stabilizing agent.【課題】増大した安定性を有する難水溶性薬剤の組成物および調製の方法の提供。【解決手段】本発明は、難水溶性医薬品、及び組成物の安定性を高める機能を有する安定化剤の、安定した薬学的組成物を提供する。安定化剤の使用により、例えば、投与のために希釈する等の所定の条件下で、ドセタキセル等の難水溶性医薬品のナノ粒子懸濁液及びその他の配合物の安定性を伸ばすことができる。従って、一態様において、本発明は、難水溶性医薬品（例えば、ドセタキセル）と安定化剤とを含む組成物（例えば、薬学的組成物）であって、安定化剤がない組成物と比較した場合に、安定性が強化されている組成物を提供する。【選択図】なし
