The present invention relates to a cage type fish farm apparatus which uses a floating means lifted up and down between the seawater surface and the sea floor to simply float a cage net up to the seawater surface, thereby harvesting fully grown fish therein. The cage type fish farm apparatus includes: a center structure which is mounted on the sea floor and on a buoy unit floating on the seawater surface while being connected to the buoy unit with a lifting rope； the floating means which is fitted to the lifting rope in a liftable manner, has a substance lighter than water such as air injected therein to be lifted up from the lifting rope by a buoyancy force, or is lifted down from the lifting rope with the weight of the seawater injected therein； a secondary structure which is arranged on the sea floor to be spaced apart from the center structure by a predetermined surface； the cage net which is arranged on the upper part of the secondary structure and is connected by the floating means and the connection rope； and a pulley unit which is formed on the center and secondary structures and guides the movement of the connection rope to lift the cage net up to the seawater surface or down into the seawater in accordance with the upward and downward movement of the floating means.본 발명은 해수면과 해수 바닥면으로 승하강하는 부양수단에 의해 가두리망을 간단하게 해수면으로 상승시켜 가두리망 내의 성어를 수월하게 수확할 수 있는 가두리 양식장치를 제공함에 목적이 있는 것으로, 해수면에 부양되는 부표, 해수 바닥면에 안착되고, 상기 부표와 승강로프에 의해 연결되는 중앙구조물； 상기 승강로프에 승하강 가능하게 끼워지고, 공기와 같이 해수보다 비중이 작은 물질이 주입되어 부력에 의해 승강로프에서 상승하거나 해수가 주입되어 하중에 의해 상기 승강로프에서 하강하는 부양수단； 해수 바닥면에 상기 중앙구조물과 소정거리 이격되어 위치하는 보조구조물； 상기 보조구조물의 상측에 위치하고, 상기 부양수단과 연결로프에 의해 연결되는 가두리망； 및 상기 중앙구조물 및 보조구조물에 형성되고, 상기 부양수단의 하강 또는 상승에 따라 상기 가두리망이 해수면으로 상승하거나 해수 속으로 하강하도록 상기 연결로프의 이동을 안내하는 하는 도르래；를 포함한다.
