CONSTITUTION: A connection pipeline (20) is connected to storage units of each material liquid and a water tank using a supplying pipe. A diffusion supplying unit (30) is connected to the connection pipeline and includes plural through-holes (30a). An outer container (11) includes a mixing space for mixing the material liquid compressed and discharged through the through-holes with water after expanding. The diffusion supplying unit is detachably connected to a connection flange (25) which is combined to a combining flange.
