PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing a light irradiating device for photodynamic therapy is provided to continuously stably irradiate light to a lesion by fixing a distance between a light irradiating diffuser and the lesion using a separate fixing unit.CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for a light irradiating device for photodynamic therapy is composed of a holder(20). The holder includes a body(21), a fixing unit, and an inserting part(24). A diffuser(10) is inserted into the body. The fixing unit fixes the diffuser to the body. The inserting part fixes the holder to a vagina expander. The diffuser is inserted into the body in order to maintain a constant distance to the surface of the lesion. The height of the diffuser is longitudinally adjustable.
