PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health promotion beverage excellent in coloration and taste and capable of ingesting a nutrient component from a mulberry tree and a nutrient component contained in salt-rubbing liquid or broth of seafood at same time by effectively using salt-rubbing liquid or broth which is disposed of during a processing process of seafood and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: It is manufactured by mixing desalting liquid and filtrate of mulberry leaves. The desalting liquid is manufactured by desalting a broth of octopus to a predetermined salt concentration by dialysis. The filtrate is manufactured by inputting mulberry leaves of 0.5 to 5 mass% of the total mass of the beverage into boiling salt solution, heating it for 1 minutes or more and filtering it.
