PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment aid capable of easing persistent symptoms even by weak stimulation corresponding to a person to whom strong stimulation is not applicable, with respect to a persistent stiff shoulders and back tension, backache, and heavy legs.SOLUTION: By wearing gloves or socks capable of generating heat from the outside of a palm side or a sole side, simultaneous stimulation together with hand skills and foot skills such as massaging, scrubbing, pushing, grabbing can reliably ease muscle contracture and accelerate blood circulation, and a treatment effect can be improved by even the weak stimulation. Since materials C and D which cut off heat stimulation from treating side faces and have high air permeability are used, feeling of internal heat and humidity are released to remove discomfort from the treatment environment of the hands and feet being treated, which makes various types of treatment easy.【課題】頑固な肩こりや背中の張り、腰痛、足のだるさに対して、強刺激ができない人に対応した弱刺激でも頑固な症状の緩和ができる施術用補助具を提供する。【解決手段】手掌側または足底側の外側から熱を発生できる手袋または靴下を装着することで、揉む、擦る、押す、つかむなどの手技や足技と併用した同時刺激により確かな筋肉硬縮の緩和や血行促進が期待でき、弱刺激でも治療の効果を高める。また、施術する側の手や足の施術環境も施術側面からの熱刺激を遮断するとともに通気性に富んだ素材Ｃ、Ｄの利用で内部の熱感や湿感などが放出されることで不快感がなく、多種多様の施術が安易になる。【選択図】図２
