PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stockings and socks which an aged person with a somewhat disabled hand or a caregiver can attach and detach relatively easily.SOLUTION: A stocking is composed of a leg part 1 and a foot part 2. In the leg part 1, a slit 4 extending from the upper end to the foot part sides is formed, and the slit 4 can be opened. Stretchable bands 6, 6... sewn to extend over the slit 4 so as to regulate the degree of opening are arranged.
