PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet extrusion mechanism for a tablet dispenser capable of effectively carrying out sheet extrusion operation even when a prescription directing a large number of sheets is prescribed.SOLUTION: An extrusion mechanism includes: a tablet cassette capable of piling up and storing a tablet sheet, in which a pocket with tablets is arranged on one surface side, to a reference plane and an extrusion member for pushing out the tablet sheet stored in the tablet cassette to the outside in order from closest to the reference plane. By this extrusion member, the tablet sheet is ejected from the tablet cassette. In the tablet cassette, by oppositely arranging one-surface sides of the tablet sheets each other in such a state that the pockets of the tablet sheets do not overlap each other, it is possible to pile up and store a pair of the tablet sheets to the reference plane.
