To improve therapy accuracy.SOLUTION: In a neutron capture therapy system 1, a medicine concentration measuring device 20 measures medicine concentration relating to a patient becoming an irradiation subject and transmits the measurement result to an irradiation level information calculation device 30 as medicine concentration information, the irradiation level information calculation device 30 calculates information concerning the irradiation level of neutron irradiation included in therapy plan information based on the medicine concentration information, and transmits the calculation result to a patient information management device 10 as irradiation level information. The patient information management device 10 makes the therapy plan information and the irradiation level information correspond to the information for identifying the irradiation subject, and the therapy plan information and the irradiation level information are held in a therapy plan information holding part 11, the patient information management device 10 transmits the irradiation level information which is made to correspond to the information identifying the irradiation subject of the neutron transmitted from a neutron irradiation device 40, and is held in the therapy plan information holding part 11.
