Disclosed is a rotation type optical fault scanner, comprising an illuminating unit disposed on the surface of a target/object to be tested, for emitting injected light to the tissues under the surface of a testing target/object a detecting unit disposed on the target/object to be tested that surrounds and rotates around the illuminating unit to receive the expansive light expanding from the injected light onto the tissues under the surface of the testing target for generating tissue sensing information and a positioning unit for generating position information of the fault scanner.
