PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch that suppresses large exposure of an adhesive face by a small stress before use and easily divides a release liner during use.SOLUTION: The sheet-like patch 1 is equipped with an adhesive layer 20 on one side of a substrate 10, an adhesive face 20a exhibiting adhesion and a release liner 30 for covering the adhesive face. The liner has a parting line alternately equipped with cuts 31 and connected portions 32, is divided by cutting the connected portions along the parting line by turns and a first area is released from the adhesive face before a second area while performing the cuttings of the connected portions.
