PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film dressing favorably fixing a catheter or the like to a living body surface while favorably functioning as a carrier and exerting a favorable operability when peeling the carrier and to improve the operability of a release liner.SOLUTION: This film dressing is provided with a film dressing body 1 formed by having an adhesive layer 3 on one face of a film 2, the release liner 4 covering the adhesive face of the adhesive layer 3, and the carrier 5 covering the back face of the film 2. The carrier 5 has a carrier segmentation portion 5b and is segmented into a carrier first section 51 and a second section 52. A flap layer 7 for covering the carrier segmentation portion 5d is superposed thereon, the flap layer 7 has a flap layer segmentation portion 7d and is segmented into a flap first section 71 and a second section 72, and the sections are partially joined with the carrier first section 51 and the second section 52 respectively.
