PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire data on a biological tissue, etc. electrically or electrochemically in consideration of biocompatibility of a quality of material, fragility against contact, electric conductivity, electrochemical stability, and low manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A microneedle includes an insulator having a first surface that comes in close contact with an object and a second surface which is a rear surface of the first surface, a plurality of conductive projection parts provided to the insulator, whose tips are exposed from the first surface of the insulator, and a carbon continuous film with a thickness of 1 μm or more, which coats the projection parts.
