To provide a bactericidal and fungicidal composition holding the suspended state of active ingredients stably for a long period of time and suitable for uses in an industry, a household and etc.
SOLUTION: This bactericidal and fungicidal composition is characterized by containing a component (A): the &ge 1 kind of an isothiazolone-based compound and a component (B): a phosphate salt type anionic surfactant and a component (C): an anionic polysaccharide. Preferably and a 4 to 50 mass% component (A), a 0.5 to 10 mass% component (B) and a 0.05 to 1 mass% component (C) are contained.
