The active ingredient suspension comprises 60, preferably 65-85 wt.% of glycerine, 0.1-30, preferably 5-20 wt.% of agrochemical active ingredient, 0.1-20, preferably 1-5 wt.% of wetting agent, 0.1-20, preferably 1-5 wt.% of dispersion agent, and 0.02-2, preferably 0.2-1. 5 wt.% of anti-foaming agent. 0-7, preferably 0.1-4 wt.% of an agent for adjusting rheological properties, 0-3, preferably 0.3-1.5 wt.% of an acid for adjusting pH-value at 2.5-4.5, and 0-1, preferably 0.05-0.4 wt.% of biocide is provided. Formulation adjunct, surfactant and solvent are also provided. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing the active ingredient suspension, which involves mixing the individual components. ACTIVITY : Herbicide； Fungicide.
