PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a trouble of a shaft such as twist caused by functioning nonconstant speed conversion means in a rice transplanter having a rotary planting device.SOLUTION: A planting device 8 comprises a rotary case 36, and a pair of scraping units 37 attached thereto. The rotary case 36 includes a sun gear 92, intermediate gears 93, and planetary gears 94, and the sun gear 94 is fixed to a planting central shaft 91. Power is transmitted from a planting transmission shaft 87 to the planting central shaft 91 by third bevel gears 98 and 99.
