The invention relates to a seedling planting machine aiming to prevent the seeding planting tool from pulsation even in wide planting situation. When a wide planting space is set by the plant spacing lever, a plant spacing speed change gear (A) drives the seeding planting device (52) to move through a first eccentric gear (100) and a second eccentric gear (112). The machine also has a speed limiting arm for limiting the high speed side switching of the speed change lever which is used to adjust the speed of the machine though a speed changing gear. The plant spacing lever can select the operating speed of the seeding planting device acquired from the plant spacing speed change gear (A) in a suitable speed interval among multiple intervals and change the seed planting space.
