PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic irradiation device that can accurately apply ultrasonic irradiation treatment to a treatment target region formed with a raised polyp and that can perform the treatment by displacing a treatment position even when then treatment is desired to be applied to different positions in the treatment target region.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic irradiation device 1 for applying ultrasonic waves to body tissue forming the body cavity includes: a focused ultrasonic element 23 which is provided in a region for being inserted into the body cavity and which generates focused ultrasonic focused on a predetermined distant position； and a focusing-position variable means 26 which is disposed in a direction of a propagation path for the focused ultrasonic applied from the focused ultrasonic element 23, which has a pressing part 15 for pressing the body tissue in a direction crossing the direction of the propagation path, and which presses the body tissue by the pressing part 15 so as to change the relative positions of the focusing position of the focused ultrasonic element 23 and the body tissue in the direction crossing the direction of the propagation path.【課題】 本発明は、隆起したポリープ状の処置対象部位に対して的確に超音波照射処置を行なうことができ、その処置対象部位内の異なる位置に処置を行いたい場合でも、処置位置をずらして処置が行える超音波照射デバイスを提供することである。【解決手段】 体腔を形成する生体組織に対して超音波を照射する超音波照射デバイス１であって、体腔内に挿入される部位に設けられ、所定の離れた位置に集束する集束超音波を発する集束超音波素子２３と、前記集束超音波素子２３から照射される集束超音波の伝播経路の方向に配置され、前記伝播経路の方向と交わる方向へ前記生体組織を押圧する押圧部１５を有し、前記押圧部１５によって前記生体組織を押圧することで、前記集束超音波素子２３の集束位置と前記生体組織との相対的な位置を前記伝播経路の方向と交わる方向へ変化させる集束位置可変手段２６と、を具備する。【選択図】図５
